Are there any? You said a case could be brought easily, I presume the mail wouldn't be the evidence. What I’m struggling to find is the assessment and scoring criteria

I don't think it's against the discrimination laws to refer to a parent as a parent.A woman could easily bring an equality discrimination case against a hospital conforming to these requirements. It will cost them a lot more than the wasted £220K if people started doing that.
Irrelevant. It's still out there enraging gammons on an hourly basis.
The problem is when people try to change language. I don’t identify as cisgender and I know lots of women who don’t want to share loos or hospital wards with biological males.Maybe motorbiking thinks that government funded services, like the NHS, should practise a bit, or a lot, of discrimination.
Typical Mail reader!
Those are two different thingsAre there any? You said a case could be brought easily, I presume the mail wouldn't be the evidence.
What are the criteria?2. The criterial for a gold star under the scheme should not interfere with people’s right not to have anything to do with it.
Oh well if that’s the only criteria - then why do some hospitals get bronze and others silverI don't think it's against the discrimination laws to refer to a parent as a parent.
Is the rainbow badge scheme at odds with the equalities act?1. The equalities act protects real women too.
if the article in the mail is correct, hence I was after the criteria. Is the rainbow badge scheme at odds with the equalities act?
Has anybody ever asked you ?I have no problem with consenting adults doing what they like to themselves, but I don’t need to be asked about my pro-nouns or identity.
OK you must be busy answering all the questions then.Asked all the time why they aren’t on my signature /linked in etc.
Same here. Not on email sig on linkedin and it has never come up once.I've never been asked.
PC gone mad, now we have a Rainbow Badge ESG-like scoring system to remove trans-offensive words like "mother" from hospital language.
