Range Rover casette radio to LG CD Radio

I have just purchased a second hand Range Rover with a Cassette Radio in it. I have an LG CD/Radio from my last car but the connection blocks are completely different. Is there any way I could get a conversion block for this radio or suggestions please.

Get one from ebay it will cost you around £5, It will cost you around £20 from halfords. Search for harness adapter.
