:D :D :D not good ones at that.

talked with H A today, they seemed errr very surprised that a newbie spotted flue issues ect when the property was constructed by seddons and approved by building inspectors ect, eitherway cats amoungst the pidgeons theyve got to sort it as its been passed on landlords certificates.

they havent got a clue where the condenser is draining to ,but its certainly not going outside to ground or drain even ask me whether its done to kitchen sink, must have an invisible pipe that goes through open spaces :D :D :D

If you could more clearly define the exact problem then we might be able to suggest whats wrong!

its shyte agile, major building company cant install to regulations and th erepair guys cant tell what type of boiler it is, atleast with me i papaers saying condenser with occupant saying incorect papers on a boiler ive never seen, but atleast i had the intelgence to check and have also have confirmed in here.

well an entire new development has flues fitted less than 1 mtr below gutter without heat sheilds, condensing boilers with drain offs to god only knows where, and still no damn repair to ignition board that was diagnosed to them.

i mean the engineer who called out thought it was standard combi due to it not having a external run of drainage pipe, the feckin pipes there in the house connected to the frigin boiler mate dont forget this guy says hes been bg for 20 yrs
