I guess I'm on S plan with 2 motorised valves.
I think the original kitchen rad was hooked up in parallel to the bypass
but I can't remember whether it got hot when I turned on the hot water only.
I haven't finished fitting the new rads yet so maybe I can connect a rad in series with the bypass so it gets proper flow and then adjust the valve so it will always flow and heat the rad when ch is on. Not familiar with the workings of the bypass valve,reqired system pressure or flow rates so advice is welcome. Do they bypass at all when both ch and hw are open ??
