Re-installed rad not heating up

I removed a radiator to redecorate behind it and connected it as per instructions on the forum. Although the radiator has filled with water (and been bled), it is not getting hot. I've undone the lockshield valve as far as it will go before it leaks, but still nothing..
Need help ASAP as i have another rad which i need to re-connect!
