Where is the 'settle for what ever you can get' option 
fake boobs are just awful.
i am aware of the confidence effect they have upon the owner, but they do not float my boat one bit.
it's the same as hidden hair styles. they look fake, almost as if they are trying to be like a porn star.
i admit some hair removal is essential, but leaving a little tuft looks daft.

I've seen them do the op on the TV. They pull skin from the belly right down over the pubic area, fix it with a type of superglue and then hit it once with a sharp axe. Barbaric really but they put them out first.
Heard curry turns it brown, bit cheaper and, go to bed with a full belly, the perfume may be different
