When I did a slate floor and a marble floor I used HG products.
A HG cement/grout remover, then folowed up with marble impregnator and have used a marble/trav cleaner for general maintenance.
I'm pretty much out of the cleaners now and need a grout film remover and also a general cleaner for a travertine floor I've just laid.
I also want a new sealer/impregnator. The HG marble impregnator worked nicely on the absorbent slate, but on the marble it didn;t seem to take as well, and travertine being similar to marble I wonder about a better product. Nothing shiny/glossy, just a natural sealer.
The local tile place has started selling Fila products. Worth a look?
