Looking for a good quality loft ladder, 2.8m ceiling height, plenty of space at base and can enlarge loft access for suitable ladder, needs to be easy to operate for regular access to loft.Currently has 3 part ali ladder which is clumsy to use. 
Recommendation for loft access ladder.?

i bought a fakro off fleabay and fitted it myself. hole was 1100 x 500/550 when i finished.not a 5 minute job but what a difference, its been up 18 months and no problems so far.
seen the same one for sale in selco, b&q,
toolstation sell the abru version,37662, for £160 not cheap, the fakro is cheaper i think,
helpful if you have a second pair of hands when you offer it up and need to support it while screwing to side walls/joists
