There are no metal reinforced blocks.
Any sds with a suitable sharp bit will deal with any uk estate house, even system built concrete like no fines and wall frame types which tend to be very dense.
And be aware that there is a technique to sds use - for best results, let the bit bounce a little.
But check where you are drilling first for no buried services, or lintels which may be steel and require a different bit.
If your house is non traditional, if you want to post a photo of it or a similar one, then the construction and materials can be identified.

I live in a west London 1950's house. the internal blocks are made using a black "sl.ag" material. The blocks are pretty weak and the interior walls have a rendered/cement base coat to compensate for the poor "brick" quality.
When I first moved in, I managed to make 7mm masonry bits bend and glow red (using non SDS drills).

If requiring high accuracy for putting up shelves with slots like floating shelves then an sds isn't great for accuracy.
A decent cordless combi drill with decent drill bits (my preferred choice is Bosch multi construction, but I've heard good things about the DeWalt extreme bits) should be sufficient.
My parents bungalow is made of the same black blocks as yours. Yes they are harder than modern breeze blocks, but shouldn't be an issue drilling with decent drill and bits.
Some guys on here rave about Aldi and Lidl tools, but to be honest I've always found them pretty underwhelming.
For £100 your choices are limited to drills, now also isn't the best time to buy due to worldwide pandemic issues causing stock limitations and high prices.
I've had a scan around and tbh this is the best you will get for your money

It's not going to be super fast, as the drill isn't the fastest and it doesn't have the same torque and BPM (what you need for drilling in hard walls) but it's the best for your budget.
