Red Wine stain on white emulsion wall.

I eventually tried the Zinsser Bullseye 123 today and I am a bit disappointed. The red wine had run down the wall and I felt I had to do up and down strokes but there is virtually no change to the stains running down the wall.

Any advice please?

I will have to do another coat at least.
