So my basement ceiling construction is a bit odd.
Timber joists, then stone, then reinforced concrete above!! Anyone ever seen something like this before?
The ceiling is quite low and I was hoping to raise the height of the joists. Do you think this would be possible.
I’m probably going to consult a builder after Xmas but thought I’d ask here first to get an idea if it’s possible.
