so what do the tradesmen who do the building get told???

I mean.. I would wonder.. who wouldnt, what the heck this was going to be for... its hardly the bog standard request is it?
"hi.. is that smith builders? Yes.. I would like a bungalow buliding pleas... but with a slight twist.. five blooming floors under ground!"

Penalties for breaking the OSA are quite severe and are enforced quite regularly so I believe

Strangely very close to where I used to live, in fact a matter of metres, but not now, I wish I did live in little Missenden, it is extremely pretty, and also extremely expensive. I think, that the latest series of Midsomer Murders was filmed there, not sure though.
