The verification code is on the bottom of the NVR sticker. Or depending if you have enabled it go to browser then login -> configuration -> advanced settings -> platform access

I don't have an "advanced settings" option under "configuration"

Thanks. I've found "Platform Access" but don't see the "Verification Code"? On the monitor connected to NVR, the Verification Code features on the Platform Access screen.

I believe you have to enable it to see it. Other than needing the code for the app I have not needed it and when I got the code I wrote it down from the label on the bottom of NVR.

OK. I am going to take from these exchanges that my monitor can make a permanent return from the loft as all the admin can be carried out over the website. Thanks for all your help.
