Japs have been using them for years. We have them for the disabled over here if they are in VERY upmarket homes, otherwise it is cheaper to get a care helper to wipe it for you
Thats if your shower is like the triton units I have experience of, when you switch it on, observe that the orange light that indicates that it is heating takes a couple of seconds to come on...
actually, the orange light on ours stays on all the time. manufacturing fault, i dont know, but its been like that over a year. Triton Ivory2. And I did say "breaking" a 42A load. Any switch that sparks scares me.
