Unbelievable
For reasons unknown to me - this car was a 1.1 Peugeot 206 - the cat had failed, management lamp on.
I replaced the cat with a pattern one.....management lamp still on
A genuine Peugeot cat sorted it, but I don’t know why - the cat was part of the manifold too, so it was sure getting hot.
Have you tried breakers yards courtesy of Partsfinder? They may come up with something but somehow I doubt it.
See if you can cure that air leak first, if you can, and get the fault code read.
