Dear Sir.
I am the user of cast iron pipe to distribute cold water through cast iron pipe. I have experiencing a problem what ever the velocity of the water and any invert level of the pipe or any type of flow (steady or turbulence) scaling the pipe (while using inner diameter of the pipe being reduce due to scaling effect) but when we using PVC pipe same purposes this problem does not occur.
To improve the existing cast iron pipe system I am conducting research. Main aim of this research is to improve the inner surface of the pipe by applying suitable chemical (suitable polymer). Please advice me to how to do this for existing pipe system.
Thanks
