removing light bulb

Can anyone advise on whether this might be a push and twist or screw fitting? Having a problem removing. Thanks

That should come out of the fitting by pulling it away from the base.

Those are nasty bulbs - you should seriously consider replacing the fittings my advice
 
It’s a push fitting, but pulling it out can break the tube resulting in nasty cut so either wrap with a cloth before you pull it out or I used to use the edge of a screwdriver to leaver it out from the very base.

I find the fitting has often gone very brittle by the time the bulb need replacing and cracks or bits break off.
