Repairing rear dormer

Hi everyone,

We have recently bought a house which has been tenanted and needs some tlc. The rear dormer tiles are missing (see photo) and I would like to know roughly what the cost would be to cover the dormer either in new tile or composite board as our neighbours have done. I think the guttering there needs to be replaced too as it seems as though there’s been a leak and that’s why the tiles have come off. Does anyone know roughly what the cost of the repair would be? I’m not even really sure who I need to go to for a quote? Would it be a roofer? Thanks

You need a roofer, the rainwater pipe is missing from the dormer outlet, there may be rotten wood where the tiles are missing. Get a couple of quotes from local roofing contractors.
