HI,
Quick query. I have some existing GU10 downlights which my electrician will replace on Monday with LEDs. I have pulled out the old connectors ready for him but found twin flex with no earth.
The i9's come with an earth parking terminal but it appears that the earth is not used to earth the fitting. The question is - do I need to open the ceilings up so that the twin flex can be replaced with twin & earth or not?
