The Wiser TRV's are not very accurate so any rooms where you need more precise temperature control will need a room thermostat as well. Room thermostats are also good for controlling multiple smart TRV's in a single location and also smart TRV's located in less then ideal locations such as behind furniture or in corners. In my lounge I have two smart TRV's that are controlled by a smart thermostat.
