If I was going to spend 3-4k upgrading the system, I would want to know the figures, saves any issues afterwards, especially with the new reduced bore taps nowadays, look great but not much actual flow going thru them.

That one has an output of about 18-19 kW, IF the gas pipe is fully up to spec.
A WB 42 CDI ( which is cheaper thant the back boiler ) has an output of 37 kW. The Viessmann 100W has an output of about 31/32.
