Replacing tiles with electric underfloor heating

Moved into a house with electric underfloor heating in the kitchen/bathroom. We don't like the tiles and want to replace them but not sure it's possible as the grout seems to be mixed in with the heating mesh? See pics below.

If it is mixed (as the picture suggests to me--but I may be wrong) I'm assuming that we can't just get new tiles but will have to remove the underfloor heating as well?

Any advice much appreciated.
