I don't think it's that - there is a clear problem with these grooming gangs and I don't think it's down to reporting the crimes better. It can't be reasoned as easily as that imo.

Nor does it say the attacks are racially motivated.

Its just a typical Daily Mail article designed to inflame hatred against immigrants.
