Hi there. I live in a 4 bedroom detached house on 2 levels (3rd level loft conversion with velux window). This is an extended house with the main body of the house approx 50 years old and the nex part 15 years old. The overall size is approx 15metres by 7 metres with the old part being approx 9m by 7m. We are having problems with leakage into the kids room (although have experienced leaks elsewhere) and feel the time is now to reroof. I have no idea how much this will be and will need to remortgage so was ho[ping for a bit of a guesstimate around the expected costs to reroof the whole house or just the old part. I really appreciate your help as am terrified I am ripped off. many thanks Annette
