Rinnai Water Heater Service Required

Hi all

I have a Rinnai water heater that requires a service, is this an appliance that most plumbing & heating engineers would carry out or do I need to seek out someone that specialises in them.
I've read in the manual that a service kit needs to be purchased as part of the service.
