id lik some of your thoughts. been reading hse reports for past ten years and seems roomsealed boilers are involved on average in one death per year( out of 25 million homes ,probably only about 5mill of those are checked every year)how often are you seeing leakages?
ar or id roomsealed boilers seem to be 95 percent of the time--flue test point cap missing, rubber gromets missing( all easily fixed) case seals on r/sealed natural draught damaged seems common, severe water corrosion in boiler, flue through cavity wall not cemented, incorrect pipesize.
