Roof leak at lead flushing

Your problem suggests there is no cavity trays installed.
Was the garage built at the same time as the house?
The people going onto your roof and brushing acrypol all over the place dont know what they are doing...they won't know what a cavity tray is either.

Sorry for the late reply...
There is no cavity tray. The lead is dug in a couple cm.

I am hesitant letting the shaky roofers around here remove a row of bricks to install a cavity tray. Is there another option?

Ive been looking at the not so secret gutter and is there anyway to close this gap?

You can coat the wall with stormdry or similar but would need re-coated periodically.
The rainwater chanel should not be causing any problems as long as it is cleaned out and kept clear of blockages.
