I checked slope of rafters and I got 2.8, does that mean 13 degrees ish?

if you mean 2/8 that is around 14.something degrees.. as above a free app will give you a good idea

haha I dont know how it works man I downloaded the pitch gauge app and used that so got 2.8 for roof pitch - imperial. And 13 degrees metric? does it mean I have a slope of 13 degrees? if so can I use concrete tiles.

so what tiles can I use for 14 degrees, I used the app already and thats what it gave me.

There is a way to use tiles below minimum pitch, and that is to board and felt the rafters (like a flat roof, and then tile it.
