roof windows

hi, this is my first post, hello to you all!!

I am planning a loft conversion on my home and have a question about the roof windows. I have a hip roof with 3 sides so was wondering whether i would be better with one large window on the side hip, or would one smaller window on the side hip and one on the rear provide better air circulation esp in summer as the breeze would then blow straight through?? any ideas?
