Room stat upgrade

Thinking about an upgrade to our room stat. Currently have a Honeywell T6360 and a combi boiler.

Possible contenders:

Siemens RDJ10
Drayton Digistat+3
Danfoss TP4000
Danfoss TP5000SI
Tower Eco ET2

Any recomendations re the above, and why is the Tower so cheap?

I think you know the answer to that. That would poss. technically be classed as a downgrade.

And yes, second the Honeywell recommendation.

901/907 any day of the week. Can do you a deal on a 937 if you ask me nicely .

Go for the honeywell range either the simpler to use 7 series or the slightly more complicated 9 series .

Is your current timer on the boiler or seperate unit ?

Only controls are the room stat and the boiler's integral timer.

Where's my other post gone? Nothing inflamatory in it.

When you fit your programmable stat you will need to leave your integral timer on constant. if it cannot be removed safely

If you want an easy to use basic one the siemens is good.
