This tripe is just using scientific language to convince those that don't understand it, that it might just work. "Why, that's so crazy it might just work Batman!". Case in point - references to "pressure regulated to approx 1bar abs" .. well 1 Bar absolute is atmospheric pressure. If you were a scientific writer, why go out of your way to add this nothing statement? On the other hand if you were a fiction writer.... Other references to pressures less than 1 bar are a vacuum - not unachievable by any means, but clearly misunderstood by the author of this fiction.
