Rover100 front calipers

Im planning on changing the front pads on a R100, but it looks like caliper pin bolts were almost rounded off by last owner . WHats the best way to remove them without destroying whats left ?

Lots of Plus Gas and/or penetrating oil and/or WD40, then lots of care.

Buy new bolts before you start the job.
