Rubber boot for pipe

I’ve got a soil pipe that will go through a rubber roof and have been looking at rubber boots that can wrap around an existing pipe. I can’t find one for a rubber roof. Just metal roof.

Can you recommend one that you’ve used please.

This is for regular flat roofs, i.e. felt etc. Surely you just use the rubber material and glue to form a flashing seal?

I used the tape and primer for my downpipe today. It was quite an experience as the gap at the back was tight and of course, I had never done this before. I thought I did okay with the edge piece initially:

I then turned to the downpipe and the first couple of pieces were okay but it just looks really messy by the time I finished. All the joints seems solid. I'd appreciate your advice/comments on this as I have a couple more to do.

Also, should I be using a sealant around the seams?
