My first thought when I read the article, was that it was a bit amusing (apart from the dead and injured). I also found it funny that sky are running a picture of the sea, saying here it is...

Personally I would never trust any tourist attraction in Egypt.

The elf n safety is atrocious

They’ve had balloon rides that crashed, people dying from falling off camels onto rocks…..oh and they used to throw meat into the sea to encourage sharks closer to shore…..can’t think how that could possibly go wrong.


What a terrible tragedy, a truly horrible scary way to die. So many families will have their lives changed forever.

I could always go and cry for everyone who has died in tragic circumstances today, if that makes you feel any better.

Agree i would never trust anything like this, tourists were Russian Norway India Sweden etc so i doubt it was a conspiracy from Ukraine etc.

Tragic, poor souls on holiday trusting safety standards were being adhered to, no doubt an enquiry will uncover some face palming human errors, neglect lack of maintenance etc, profit before safety.
