rxpw4 help please

Hi..Is there skp out there who knows about the above timer...we live in a new apartment and have storage heaters etc all run on rxpw4 timer ... winter has been fine but since the summer I have switched off all of the heaters so just the water is on the auto timer..I have not changed anything on it. For the last 3 years this has worked well for us however a few days ago it stopped heating the water...the Dimplex help phoneline is not operating anymore ....so any advise would be appreciated

Maybe the immersion element has gone kaput?
