Safety shoes- these any good?

I am thinking of getting these-

are the S3 soles as good as vibrams? I will use them for gardening and window cleaning as well- so they need to be waterproof and have steel toe caps and grippy on wet roofs

Will also use them for carpentry and decorating

I have some a bit like that, they're a bit of a pain to put on if you've not first slackened off the laces as they have captive lace loops rather than the non-captive hook type. That aside, they're good - they do seem to be water tight too.

Maybe I will buy them unless you know of a pair which are waterproof with non captive lace loops?
