salus rt300rf issue

Hi all.
I have had a Salus RT300RF fitted today. all was great until the programmer stopped then restarted later for my evening cycle.... then it seems that the sender unit wouldn't connect to the reciever unit....
the only way i can get it to do it is to turn the heat down on the stat to below room temp - i.e not asking for heat... then turn it up again.

it will then connect and ask for heat. If it is asking for heat when the program starts it will not connect..

any ideas?

got it. the unit only sends a signal every 10 mins once its fired up....
