Sandtex masonry marking - can I seal it?

Recently painted my window sills with some Sandtex micro seal masonry and it is getting marked up super easy, cats, etc. can I seal it with something.

Was with sugar soap. Won't damage the paint.

Don't know of anything else. Products like rock top are interior only I think
