Scantronic 9448 replacement PCB setting up.

In a power cut my 9448 alarm must have been damaged as when power was restored no green light came on and the board was dead. I've bought another main unit and swapped the PCB over and it's now up and working partly. I reset to the default settings and wired it up exactly as before. I can't work out from the instructions how to get all the room pir's to work. There are more pir sensors than zones but some work and others light up ok but don't trigger the alarm. They all worked previously. One sensor puts on the alarm instantly whereas most set off the countdown. A walk test shows the PIR's not sensing same result. How do I program them in to work again. Thanks in advance.
