Scantronic 9450

When putting alarm on zone 1 light is flashing, and cannot cancel. I had a fault a short while ago when alarm went off early morning, I replaced alarm battery. I cannot put alarm on as fault above always shows and will not cancel

What is zone 1 ?

Zone 1 is entry/exit

Is it a door contact or pir ?

Door contact could be faulty , post photo of door contact wiring. This will help in telling you how to check contact.

Are you sure ? Entry exit on 9450 is entry exit ....NOT ZONE 1

Zone 1 is not entry / exit it can only be pir in lounge

Does it light up when you walk in front of detector

Reviving an old post guys..
Thats because ive got a Scantronic 9450 dinosaur.
It all works fine but I need to alter some of the zones..entry being one.
I also dont have an engineers code to get into the basics incase I need to do a reset . It got lost a while back as the thing is so reliable..
So my ask is has anyone got the in depth programming details..ie engineers install guide NOT the user guide which is kak!
Please help otherwise im stuffed!

Well there’s only about 10 options so i would doubt you would need it ...

Thanks for the reply..yep it is pretty simple.
But the install guide only mentions the codes for zone 2..
How about the others?
Most be some better paperwork out there..just don’t wanna feck it up..lol
