Screw fix telephone extension kit

Hi,

Bought a telephone extension kit from screw fix a couple of months ago and have managed to lose the instructions in the interim!
Hoping someone will take pity and offer some help.

Extension cable has 4 cables

Looks like:
Orange
Blue
White Orange
White blue

Extension unit has 6 connections

From doing a bit of reading, it seems I only need to connect to 2,3,5?
But couldn't find any guidance with these colours - probably not looking in the right place!

I do still have the plastic tool supplied for pushing the wires into the slots.

Advice appreciated.
