Perhaps I shouldn't comment on this case as I never saw the documentary when it aired but surely it raises concern as to the regulation of the NHS?

As I say, I never saw the show so I cannot comment on whether the woman failed to "follow her obligations as a nurse" but I think it sends out all the wrong signals. After all, a proportion of us will one day be old and in need of care. God help us!

It's disgraceful; apparently she didn’t follow the agreed “whistle blowers” procedure which involves blowing the whistle up your immediate management tree which almost certainly would have meant that absolutely nothing would happen & I’m still not convinced it will.
