Hello,
My boiler's pipework is earthed with a cable which is just tie-wrapped to the gas pipe all the way to the consumer unit. The gas pipe is secured to the brick wall with pipe clips and runs close to the floor in a garage. Some of the tie-wraps have come undone and it just looks a bit unprofessional. I can't use cable clips as the bricks are too hard unless I screw a batten to the wall.
Can anyone suggest a better, more practical and safer way of routing the cable?
Also, the gas pipe runs along a garage wall and I'm a bit wary of catching it with something. Is there any decent way of protecting it?
Thanks everyone and have a good new year!
