So far Screwfix are the cheapest for the yale XBS1 lock, the cheapest I have seen them is on ebay for £35 + £5 delivery but this is a catalogue return item and I wouldn't touch it incase they have an extra key cut and know your address!

That's not a bad price. Trade price isn't that much cheaper. These are good locks, so long as they are installed properly and care is taken with positioning and restricting letterbox access.
