Can anyone here offer advice on how to release a seized steering arm bolt of a Bravo 3 transom assembly?

If the term is unfamiliar to you then please do not reply. Those in the know and able to offer constructive advice only please. Thanks

If it's been subjected to salt water it will be as tight as hell.
Any chance of heating it up with oxy acetylene gear?
John :)

An elderly builder I knew used to swear by using old Brake fluid to release nuts/bolts etc just pour it on and let it soak in.

All of the above but let any penatration oil soak in for the longer the better
Tightening often works, as does an impact driver

Heat is normally best

Thanks all. Its off now......I can relax for Xmas now :) Season Greetings to all :)
