Appliance manufacturers won't normally tell you anything other than what is already in the appliance instructions.
The energy efficiency rating of an appliance has no relevance to the type or rating of circuit it is connected to.
Insurance won't be affected since the insurer won't know who or when installed a particular appliance, and they probably wouldn't care either.
Connecting a cooker or other appliance to an existing connection is not notificable work.
Part P is not a qualification.
