Have just bought this wonderful washer that worked for 24 hours great eh! there is no life in it at all no power light etc have checked hand book and non of these solution solve problem .... have engineer coming on tuesday call centre say it could be the way it is installed what do they mean by this ? and is this particular brand more unreliable than others

ask them, since they said it, not us.

but i agree with other post check fuse, you could also try plugging in something that is known to work into where the m/c is now plugged in.

did the m/c finish its cycle (i will guess it didnt)
 
have done all the above befor calling servis help line .. machine was fine in morning finished as normal the went to put load in it ,in the afternoon and hay presto no life at all . was worned by several peole about servis machines but thought that what happend to them was the exception to the rule, looks like after only owning it for 24 hours they were right

Circuit board problems are quite common on servis machines although I don't know about the latest models. Usually the door locks but nothing else works.
