I would vote for Boris over Sunak but I'm happy with any of the 3 current runners. Boris has the potential to deliver another victory, but only if he can behave. Sunak could also deliver the goods, but he's too much like Sir K.

On the other hand, Boris was the one whom the people elected to office, some will say.
I suppose if he came back saying he would steady things, but seek re-election fairly soon, that could be reasonable.
He'd have to be contrite and promise to be on his best behaviour. He would be watched very carefully.
