There's a woman in the OAP pads up the road that thinks she's in an F1.

If you don't get out the way she gives you the look

If you stuck a broom up her arris she would take off

not banned, but they should have a reg no on the back so they can't just drive off after crashing into things. so should cycles. and rollerskates.

Perhaps they should have speed cameras on the pavements aswell?

They generally are Tim, otherwise people would hit them in their cars ;)

They should make them use the road ... Elderly + Disabled = double points for a knock off ... Quadruple points for a kill.

And for all those Bernard Manning haters out there I apologise for the above it was in exceptionally bad taste.

Better not let BAS see this one or he'll be right off on one again ... At least I didn't mention points for torture as well ... Bugger!

If the pavement was a conveyor belt that ran at the same speed as the scooter, but in the opposite direction, could a scooter ever hit a dog?

Unless the dog runs faster than the conveyor towards the scooter then no. But then that would mean that the dog would hit the scooter and not vice versa.

Yes because the dog was upstream of the scooter

What was the dog doing in a stream and how did the stream get on the pavement?

Do you think we should execute the dog (or at least torture it ... Just a bit?)

They should make it law that they have registrations, insurance & are required to consider other users on the pavement. Which they often dont.

These things can get a fair amount of speed & can really hurt when they crash into you.

They sohould also have speed limits when on the pavement.

Just because the owner is disabled should not remove any responsibility to be aware of & careful of other pedestrians.
