Shower Fault and noisy water pipes

Hi All
This is my first post after coming accross this wonderful website
whilst browsing the internet.

Could you please solve two different problems that i have

1 My galaxy G7000S showers overheat indicator lights up on start up
and the water flows but will not heat up.

2 My water pipes knock loudly when i turn the central heating on.
I have tried bleeding the rads,but this still does not cure the problem.

i take it your shower is Electric? if so could you post the question in the electrics out side of the uk forum (your signature says you are in Albania) you will get an answer there
